Who We Are
The Liz Muthoni Mbugua Foundation is a local (NGO) committed to empowering rural communities in Kenya through sustainable, inclusive, and youth-centered development initiatives. Established in 2021, the Foundation works hand in hand with communities to unlock potential, uphold human value, and tackle the social and economic barriers that hinder growth and self-reliance. We believe in the power of collective action, community leadership, and long-term partnerships to drive transformation from within.

WHAT WE DO

Education
We believe that education is a right, not a privilege. Through our education programs, we provide scholarships and essential school supplies to children from under-resourced communities, giving them the opportunity to thrive in school and beyond.

Sports Development
We believe in the power of sports to build confidence, teamwork, and leadership among youth. Through organized football and volleyball matches, we provide young people in our region with safe spaces to grow, compete, and connect.

Agriculture
We support sustainable agriculture by providing seedlings and educating farmers on modern, climate-smart practices. Our goal is to boost food security, household incomes, and rural resilience through informed and empowered farming communities.
